If for any reason your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product in the original box within one week of receipt. Please include a note stating the reason for the return. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Please note, our shipping policies were made to ensure perfect product delivery. Changes in temperature can affect the appearance of chocolate. We make every effort to keep your chocolates at a constant temperature and always check the weather at the shipping destination. During the summer months and to warm destinations we ship in "cold packs." These are insulated boxes with reusable frozen gel packs designed to keep chocolate in perfect condition. Cold packs add $5.00 to the cost of shipping and guarantee perfect product condition upon arrival. This option is available once you add an item to your shopping cart. Chocolate melts at 75 degrees. If you are shipping in the summer time or to a place where the temperature is above 75 degrees, we recommend that a cold pack be added to your order. In the event you choose not to use a cold pack in such conditions, then, regrettably, your order will be sent at your risk without a Gayle's Guarantee.

Since temperatures vary across the country we may choose not to ship any package over a weekend to guarantee its arrival in premium condition. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries on any order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please add an additional $14.00 to the Standard Shipping charge.

For Saturday Delivery, add $20.00 to Standard Shipping charges.
