Gayle’s signature truffles are handmade in small batches using only premium chocolate, heavy cream, and sweet butter to create a classic ganache center. Almond
A semisweet chocolate ganache center dipped in semisweet chocolate and rolled in toasted and salted chopped almonds.
Amaretto
A milk and semisweet chocolate center blended with natural Amaretto extract then dipped and decorated in milk chocolate.
Bittersweet
A bittersweet ganache dipped in semisweet chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder.

Café au Lait
A semisweet chocolate ganache mixed with fresh espresso then dipped in white chocolate and decorated with a chocolate coffee bean.
Café Cinnamon
A semisweet center blended with cinnamon chips and fresh espresso, then dipped in white chocolate and laced with milk and dark chocolate.
Caramel
A semisweet chocolate shell filled with a ganache of semisweet chocolate and caramel, then topped with a whole almond.

Cashew
A semisweet ganache center dipped in semisweet chocolate and rolled in toasted and salted chopped cashews.
Champagne
A milk chocolate shell filled with a blend of milk and semisweet ganache and imported Champagne extract, then sprinkled with fondant sugar.
Cherry Brandy
A ganache center made with semisweet chocolate, and juice from imported brandied cherries then dipped in semisweet chocolate and laced with white chocolate.

A center of marbled white and semisweet chocolate ganache dipped in semisweet chocolate and rolled in mini chocolate chips.
Cognac

Grand Marnier
