What shipping method should I choose for shipping to warm weather locations?.

Our Warm Weather Shipping Guarantee

We believe chocolate should be available everyday of the year, even in warm weather. To insure flawless delivery, your chocolates will be shipped in insulated boxes at no extra charge. Depending on your ship to address and time of year our custom shipping program will select ground, next day or second day delivery for your chocolate. The guess work is taken out of selecting a shipping method and we guarantee your chocolates will arrive in perfect condition. During extreme warm weather chocolates will be shipped next day air unless destination falls into 1 day ground.

When will my chocolate be shipped?
Your products will normally be shipped within 1 to 5 business days of your order being placed depending on your order's volume and product availability . All orders placed after 3:30pm ET will begin processing on the following business day. Our shipping department operates Monday thru Friday from 9am to 4pm ET. We do not ship on Fridays during warm weather conditions. If you desire that your products arrive by a specific date, please call 248-398-0001 and speak to a team member to ensure that we are able to meet your needs.

What if I need my order delivered on a Monday or Saturday?
In most situations this is possible but there are circumstances that would prevent perfect chocolate delivery on Saturday or Monday.

What if I place an order over the weekend or Holiday?
Orders received over the weekend will process the following Monday and orders received over a holiday will process on the next business day following the holiday. We are not open and do not ship on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

May I pick up my order at your Royal Oak, MI location?
Yes, please allow 1 day for us to process. We ask that corporate orders or larger orders allow for the possibility of up to 2 weeks.

Where do you ship?
We ship in the continental United States plus Hawaii and Alaska. Using USPS we can ship to post office box addresses and Canada.
